SAGINAW, MICH. (October 13, 2015) – Morley is hosting a career fair on October 20, 2015, from 4-7 p.m. at its Bay Road location in Saginaw to pre-screen candidates for 50+ new health care plan advisor and other customer service positions. Morley is also seeking a senior program manager to oversee its growing health care business.
“This new program is exciting for both Morley and the community. We are recruiting for new skill sets and health care customer service continues to expand. For all positions, great customer service is key,” said Jill Gushow, Morley director of human resources.
Skills candidates need for the health care plan advisor position include an associate’s degree, a certificate in medical billing or extensive customer service experience. Special consideration will be given to candidates with medical claims and reimbursements/medical billing experience and knowledge of healthcare policies, insurance terminology, procedures, and insurance certificates. Skills needed for other service positions focus on prior customer service experience and a willingness to help others.
